Which clubs is ClubSystem for?

How does SMS confirmation work?
After booking, the customer gets an SMS with a unique code and a short window to confirm. Only then is the booking finalized. Unconfirmed bookings auto-cancel, eliminating no-shows and fake reservations.
Can I run multiple locations or zones?
Yes. ClubSystem manages multiple clubs and zones from one admin panel, each with its own tables, opening hours and pricing — ideal for chains.
How much does it cost?
The subscription is a club fee plus a rate for every station - from $43 a month, with SMS reminders included. Lighting control is an optional module, charged per station wired to a controller. There is a 14-day free trial, no credit card, no setup fees and no long-term contracts.
Can ClubSystem control the table lights?
Yes, light control is an optional module. Staff open the table on the computer at the bar, the lamp comes on at once and goes off by itself when the paid time runs out. The lamp does not come on by itself at the booking time: staff open the table when the guest steps up to it. At the site visit we point you to the controllers, and the club's electrician wires them.
How quickly can it be deployed?
Typically 1–2 business days. We configure tables, hours and pricing, give you a booking link for customers, and train staff on the admin panel.
Can I embed it on my website?
Yes. We provide a booking widget you can embed so customers book without leaving your site, or you can link to a dedicated booking page.
Are there integrations and online payments?
ClubSystem currently focuses on bookings and eliminating empty slots. Payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal) are on the roadmap. Let us know if you need a specific integration.
What if the internet goes down?
