How does the free trial work?
14 days, all features included, no credit card required. After the trial you can enter payment details to continue — or your account pauses and your data is kept for 30 days.
What counts as "one table"?
Any bookable resource: a pool table, snooker table, dart lane, VIP lounge, or any other zone you configure. Pricing is per bookable resource per month.
Are SMS reminders really included?
Yes — approximately 100 SMS per table per month are included at no extra cost. For the vast majority of clubs this is more than enough. If you exceed the limit, we'll work out a custom plan together.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel in two clicks from account settings. Your subscription ends at the current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a 15% discount is available. Contact us at contact@clubsystem.app to set it up.
Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?
All data is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany (EU). Daily backups, encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow GDPR. Your customers' data never leaves the EU.
How long does setup take?
Most clubs are live within 1–2 days. We offer a free onboarding call where we configure your tables, opening hours, and booking page together.
