14 days, all features included, no credit card required. Light control starts after a site visit, once the controllers are wired in. After the trial you can enter payment details to continue — or your account pauses and your data is kept for 30 days.

Any resource in your club: a pool table, a snooker table, a dart lane, a booth or any other zone you configure. A station you exclude from online booking still counts — it keeps its place in the calendar, on the floor view and on the lighting. Only a station deleted from the system stops being charged.

It is a ladder: the full rate for stations 1 to 10, a lower one for 11 to 20 and the lowest from the 21st on. The lower rate applies only to the stations above each threshold, so adding a station never raises the price of the ones you already have. A station with lighting costs double: the lighting surcharge is the same ladder again, counted over the lit stations only.

The lamp follows the session: it comes on when the session starts and goes off when it ends, with no one at the bar flipping switches. It also brings live game running — timer, price list and bill — for the whole club, including stations with no relay. You pay the lighting rate only for the stations wired to a controller.

Yes. Reminders are part of the calendar, included in the station rate: no per-message charge and no bundle to top up. A club sending far beyond ordinary reservation traffic we talk to individually.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel in two clicks from account settings. Your subscription ends at the current billing period.

All data is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany (EU). Daily backups, encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow GDPR. Your customers' data never leaves the EU.

Most clubs are live within 1–2 days. We offer a free onboarding call where we configure your stations, opening hours and booking page together. We agree the light control start date after the site visit.
