Floor and lights
Light control and the live floor
An optional module for clubs where the lamp over the table should follow the game. It runs on the computer at the bar, and the controllers go in your electrical panel.
The lamp follows the game
Opening a table on the computer at the bar switches on the lamp over it at once. When the paid time ends, the table closes by itself and the lamp goes off. Opening a booking over several tables lights them all together.

Floor plan at the bar
A free table is grey, a running game green with a countdown, an overdue table red. Opening a table is one dialog: duration, play mode and the booking it belongs to.

Per-minute pricing
The amount is counted per minute from the club's price list: rates by table type, weekday and time of day. It is fixed when the table is opened, and staff ring it up on the club's own till.

Oversight of the floor
Staff sign in with a PIN or a card. The daily log and the floor report show revenue from game time by table, play mode and staff member, day by day.

Works without internet
When the connection drops, the floor keeps running on the computer at the bar. Online bookings made meanwhile reach the floor once the connection returns.

Setup in your club

Add a "Book a table" link to your Google Business Profile
Most customers find your club on Google Maps. With a free Google Business Profile you can surface your ClubSystem booking page right next to your address and opening hours — so people go straight to live availability instead of calling.
Open your Google Business Profile
Search your club name on Google, or go to business.google.com, and choose "Edit profile".
Go to Bookings → Add link
Under "Links to your online booking tools", select "Add a link" (or edit an existing one).
Paste your ClubSystem URL
Add your booking page address (clubsystem.app/your-club) and save.
Go live in a day or two
Google reviews the link, then shows it to everyone viewing your profile. No extra fees.
