Table light control for billiard clubs
Staff open a table on the computer at the bar and the lamp over it comes on at once. When the paid time ends, it goes off by itself. Bookings, the floor and the lights in one system.
Controllers in your electrical panel · works without internet · no one-time setup fee
The floor plan at the bar: games running with a countdown. Sample data.
How it works
One game, step by step
A guest comes to the bar
With a booking or straight off the street. An online booking is already waiting at its table.
Staff open the table
One dialog: duration, play mode and the amount from the club's price list. Staff ring the amount up on the till as before.
The lamp comes on
At once. The table turns green and counts down, and 5 minutes before the end the lamp blinks once.
Time is up, the lamp goes off
The table closes by itself. If the guest wants to keep playing, staff extend the game or move it to another free table at the same price.
For the owner
Stay in control without standing at the bar
Every game has a name on it
Staff sign in with a PIN or a staff card, so you can see who opened each table.
Floor report
Revenue from game time by table, play mode and staff member, day by day.
Games on the house show up separately
The report lists the free and discount play modes on their own lines.
Prices only under your login
The price list and the settings are for the admin only. A staff PIN does not open them.
For staff
The whole floor on one screen
- Table colours: grey is free, green is a game running, red is over time.
- Per-minute amounts from the club's price list, with a different rate from a set hour, e.g. from 16:00.
- A booked guest shows at the table from 30 minutes before, and "Guest did not show up" cancels the booking.
- A booking over several tables lights them all at once.
- A tournament with no time limit, in a free play mode.
At the club
Works at the club, even without internet
The floor, the lamps and PIN sign-in run on the computer at the bar. If the internet goes down, the evening goes on.
- Lamps, games and amounts keep working.
- Staff sign in with their PIN as usual.
- The "Turn on every lamp" and "Turn off every lamp" buttons keep working too.
- Data reaches the cloud when the connection returns, and online bookings made in the meantime reach the floor then.
Frequently asked questions
Will the lamp come on by itself at the booking time?
No. Staff open the table when the guest is standing at it, so no lamp burns over a table nobody came to. The booking waits at the table with the guest name and time.
What if the internet goes down?
The floor, the lamps and PIN sign-in run on the computer at the bar. Data reaches the cloud when the connection returns, and bookings made in the meantime reach the floor then.
Can I control the lights from my phone?
Tables are opened on the computer at the bar, because that computer drives the lamps. On a phone the owner checks the reports and views the floor.
Which controllers do I need?
Network relay controllers in your electrical panel. At the site visit we point to a model that works with ClubSystem; the club buys it and the club's electrician wires it in.
Can I try light control during the free trial?
You can try bookings straight away, free for 14 days. Light control starts after a site visit, once the controllers are wired in; we agree the date on a call.
