ClubSystem Spring 2026 Update — Booking UX, Availability Control & More

New in ClubSystem: a redesigned booking interface with popular hours, blocked availability for exceptions, and a better admin reservations view. Here's what changed and why it matters for your club.

This spring we shipped several updates focused on two things: making it easier for your customers to book a table, and giving you more control over when your club is available. Here's what's new.

Redesigned Booking Interface

The table booking page your customers see has been reworked from the ground up. On desktop it now uses a two-column layout — the date and time picker sits on the left, the table selection on the right — so customers can see everything at once and complete a booking in fewer steps.

Key changes customers will notice:

  • Popular hours — the most-booked time slots are highlighted on the picker. Customers find the right slot faster and are more likely to complete the booking.
  • Today marker — today's date is clearly marked on the week view, removing any ambiguity about which day is which.
  • Filters are remembered — if a customer selects a table type or duration and then goes back to adjust the date, their choices are preserved. No more starting over from scratch.

Fewer drop-offs during booking means more completed reservations — that's the direct business impact.

Block Availability for Exceptions

You can now mark specific hours or entire days as unavailable without changing your regular opening hours. This is useful for situations that come up regularly at any club:

  • Private events or tournament days when tables are reserved for participants
  • Maintenance windows (table recovering, equipment servicing)
  • Public holidays when you open late or close early
  • Blocking a single table while others remain bookable

Previously you had to either edit your opening hours or manage it manually. Now you create an exception window in the Admin Panel under Hours → Exceptions, set the date range and the affected tables, and ClubSystem automatically blocks those slots from the booking page. Customers see only what's genuinely available.

Better Reservations View for Admins

The schedule view in the Admin Panel has been improved. You can now see reservation details and cancel a booking directly from the list view without navigating to a separate page. For busy clubs managing dozens of bookings a day, this saves a meaningful amount of time.
