This round of updates is about the small things your guests and your staff actually meet every day: the reminder that lands the evening before, and the number you look at the morning after. Here is what changed.
A party of four tables gets one text, not four
A guest booking four tables for a birthday used to receive four separate reminders, each naming one table - which reads less like a helpful nudge and more like a fault. The reminder now goes out once per booking and lists every table it covers, in the order your room is laid out.
It is the same wording the confirmation text already used for a group, so a guest sees a consistent message from the moment they book to the evening they arrive.
The time, the way your club writes it
Clubs running in English were getting "21:00" in the reminder and "09:00 PM" in the confirmation for the very same slot. It is a small inconsistency that costs a real phone call when a guest reads one of them twice and talks themselves out of being sure.
Reminders now use the same clock convention as everything else your club sends - 12-hour or 24-hour, whichever matches your language. One booking, one way of writing the time.
The confirmation fits in a single message
The link that lets a guest cancel is much shorter now, which brings the whole confirmation back inside the length of one text. Guests get a single tidy message instead of one that arrives split in two, and the cancel link is short enough to read at a glance rather than wrapping across three lines.
Links already sitting in your guests' inboxes keep working exactly as before - nothing that was sent in the past has stopped resolving.
A day that ends when your night does
Clubs do not close at midnight, and the daily report no longer pretends they do. A table opened at 1:40 am now counts towards the evening it belongs to instead of starting a new day's figures while your staff are still cashing up. Friday's takings are Friday's takings, in one number, matching what the calendar's day view has always shown.
A tidier exceptions list
Exceptions that can no longer happen - last Christmas, a tournament that finished in spring - are folded away behind a "show past" count instead of sitting above the rule you actually came to change. Nothing is deleted: "what did we block in August?" is still a question you can answer, it just no longer gets in your way first.
